Wine Amarantos Gaia Barrique Oaked Paggaion. Produced from the noble international varieties Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. After a long stay with the marc, it matures for 12-15 months in 225-liter barrels of French and American oak. After being bottled, it ages for at least two years in a dark room at a constant temperature to develop its harmonious balance. A deep red wine, vanilla aromas, dried fruits with harmonious smoky notes, intense taste, rich body and full of aftertaste, served at 17-18 ºC and accompanies ideal hunting and mature cheeses.
