After the pre-fermentation cold extraction, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels. It remains in contact with its wine lees for a period of several months, thus gaining in body and enriching in varied aromas. The color of Chardonnay White Gerovasiliou is intense golden yellow and is characterized by aromas of honey, vanilla, ripe citrus on a background of smoke and nuts. Wine with a full, rich and full-bodied taste that can be aged.
