An expressive bouquet of aromas, where aromas of acacia, lemongrass, orange, honeysuckle, peach, baked bread and sweet spices unfold on an oaky background. Soft and full wine on first contact. Well structured Lazaridi Semillon, with acidity matched by thickness and richness. Complexity and flavor intensity culminating in a persistent citrus finish. Accompany it with shellfish and fish in white sauces, cod croquettes, smoked fish, seafood or mushroom risotto, pork cooked with fruit or exotic spices.
