Wine Etos Semillon Assyrtiko White Biblia Chora Estate. Etos is a cellar and bottle-matured wine that is released in limited quantities as it is made only in exceptionally good vintage years and exclusively from the Estate’s best vines. In 2022 Etos Semillon & Assyrtiko 2012 got released. The harvest year was excellent for the two varieties, which are grown in selected low-yielding vineyard expanses with arid calcareous and loamy soils. After some time in French oak barrels, the wine matures for many years in the underground cellars of the winery to resurface for release 10 years after its creation. This dry white wine has a deep golden-yellow colour. Decanting shortly before serving it cellar cool at 12-14°C is recommended.
