A finely structured wine, well-balanced, clean and crisp on the palate, lingering nicely on the finish. A delicious wine, especially with hors d’oeuvres, fruit de mer, poultry dishes, light cheeses and fruits. An excellent accompaniment to grilled fish, prawns in tomato sauce with hot pepper and chicken in oregano sauce with rice.
