Wine Roberto Mazzi Valpolicella Classico Superiore Sanperetto Red. For many, Valpolicella is a red wine that, when it was young, wanted to be a rosé. For them, the Mazzi family’s Valpolicella does just that – deep color, rich aromatic profile, ripe but present tannins, while the barrel writes with respect for the varieties. While many Valpolicellas are best served chilled, Mazzi seeks a temperature of 18°C.
