Wine Santorini White Gavala Winery. Santorini is a separate dry white wine with bright yellowish color. Nose distinguish very fine fruit aromas with dominant aromas of pear, lemon and unripe pineapple. On the palate the wine is soft, oily, fruity full-bodied and elegant taste. H of acidity without dominating, contributes to balance and offers a long aftertaste. Served at 8-10oC and accompanies perfectly seafood, cheeses and white meats.
