An organic wine characterized by elegant aromas of citrus fruits, crispy acidity, exceptional balance and a long, aromativ finish. Wine with brilliant, crystal-clear pale yellow colour. Discrete and fresh aromas dominated by fruity characters such as apple, lime and pear in combination with notes of mint and violet. Refreshing, salty medium bodied with a pleasant acidity, perfect balance and long lingering aftertaste. A perfect companion for traditional Greek dishes, sea food and shell fish, as well as selected cheese platers.
