Wine Sole Vidiano Assyrtiko White Biblia Chora Estate. This is the first wine produced outside of Crete from the Cretan variety Vidiano, which has adapted ideally to the slopes of Mount Pangaio, with a small contribution of Assyrtiko. The nose is dominated by aromas of apricot, pear, herbs and citrus fruits. The taste of Sole Vidiano Assyrtiko is rich, with excellent structure, refreshing acidity and a delightful aftertaste. It accompanies fried or grilled fish, poultry and varieties of yellow cheeses.
