Wine Tres Sacre Red Konstantara Wines. The color is very deep red and intense purple. The nose has complexity and finesse. Aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry, sour cherry, cherry and black raspberry along with spicy characters such as nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, tobacco and leather notes compose the nose. In the mouth, Tres Sacre is silky, with a velvety texture, thick, full, with gentle ripe tannins, soft, with balanced acidity, offering aromas of ripe fruit, clove, black pepper and a touch of herbs, which faithfully follow the aromas of the nose even more emphasized. The aftertaste has a very long duration and enormous complexity. Mature wine but also so young at the same time, giving the feeling that it will last forever. Serving temperature 14°-18° C. May need decanting. It goes wonderfully with grilled meats, spit roasts and of course red meats such as hairy or feathered game stewed or baked with spicy sauces, as well as a variety of hard spicy cheeses & smoked cold cuts.
