Tsipouro Idonic Without Anise. Ktima Costa Lazaridis was the first producer in the wider area to believe in bottled Tsipouro. As early as 1992, at a time when bulk and amateur distillations reigned, he presented Idonic, with and without anise, basically laying the foundations for the quality upgrade and recognition of this particular product.
