Retsina Afros White Kechris Winery. Slightly cloudy on the face, due to the absence of filtration, with discreet bubbles that rise vividly on the surface of the glass. In Afros we find aromas of summer Mediterranean fruits on a background of mastic and lemon. The thin bubbles emphasize the freshness of the resin, while the unfiltered body offers volume in the mouth and complexity in taste. It accompanies savory appetizers, seafood, small fish, roe, and generally everything that smells of the sea. Great as an aperitif or in cool cocktails.
