Wine Alma Rose Pavlidis Estate. Bright soft salmon color with pink highlights. Intense citrus nose with dominant grapefruit and sanguine, but also hints of peach. Light wine, with dominant acidity, gives a sense of freshness, while at the same time the satisfactory volume balances the result, giving many possibilities for harmony with food. The aftertaste is strongly fruity with a long duration. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood (shrimps, crayfish), with small fried fish and pasta with soft sauces.
