Article title: Biblinos - Red 750ml, Biblia Chora Estate
Article main body:
Wine Biblinos Red Biblia Chora Estate. Vivlinos red is produced from an "unknown" red grape variety discovered in the Pangaion region. Years of research and DNA analysis have revealed it to be an ancient Greek variety that does not match any other modern Greek or international variety. On the nose, intense aromas of red fruit and flowers blend with notes of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, featuring refined tannins and pronounced fruit flavors that lead to a long finish. It pairs well with braised meats, slow-cooked dishes, and aged cheeses. It is best served at 16–18°C and is suitable for long-term aging of at least 10 years.
