Dio Ipsi Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olives are picked from the Dio Ipsi estate's olive grove at the end of October to the beginning of November and immediately go through the cold pressing stage. The resulting extra virgin olive oil Dio Ipsi perfectly captures the classical Greek tradition. Its intense taste of fruity and herbal aromas is balanced with its spicy character and very low acidity. This oil has a recommended shelf life of 18 months from bottling. It is recommended to be eaten raw, with bread, salads and many Mediterranean dishes.
