Wine Domaine Costa Lazaridi Merlot Rosé. Exceptionally bright and a light colour wine between light rosy and salmon. Lively nose reminiscent primarily of red fruit like strawberry and cherry, with a hint of lemon verbena and an almost imperceptible presence of spices. Elegance and finesse with a refreshing acidity which balances the alcohol creating a sense of harmony rounded up with a pleasant fruity finish. Even though its delicate personality urges to enjoy on its own, it can be paired beautifully with fine cured meats, fish in light red sauce, grilled red mullet, tuna carpaccio, even stuffed vegetables.
