Wine Estate Biblia Chora Red. Wine with a deep purple color aged about 12 months in new French oak barrels. Composite and clean aroma of ripe red fruit, caramel, cedar, chocolate with some spice on the finish. Exuberant and intense flavor with a full body, good structure and strong presence of tannins which give a long aftertaste and great aging potential. Accompanies all kinds of meat with red sauce, chicken with spicy sauce, fillet, hunting cooked, and fatty fish cooked with tomato sauce and cheese varieties with intense rich flavor. Serve at 16-18 ºC.
