Wine Evil Eye Rose Lazaridi Nico. The Evil Eye, an omnipotent amulet, becomes a charm of beauty and taste. Nico Lazaridi's goal was to create a rose wine from a Greek variety, which would be associated with Northern Greece. Evil Eye is a premium rose wine from 100% Xinomavro that can be enjoyed with a meal or on its own, as an aperitif. During the vinification we wanted to highlight the fresh aromas of the variety and combine the high acidity with the oiliness created thanks to the battonage with the lees for 5 months. Available in a limited number of bottles.
