Aperitif Lyres Non Alcohol Rosso. Lyres Aperitif Rosso is a premium, non-alcoholic spirit meticulously crafted to capture the essence of a classic, rich Italian sweet vermouth. Designed for mindful drinking without compromising on flavor, this award-winning alternative delivers a deeply complex and sophisticated tasting profile. The palate opens with rich, distinct flavors of blood orange, caramel, and warm spices, beautifully balanced by the traditional bitter elements of wood and herbal roots. It offers a full-bodied mouthfeel with a clean, dry, and warming finish that lingers pleasantly. It serves as the perfect base to recreate high-end, alcohol-free versions of iconic cocktails such as a Non-Alcoholic Negroni, Manhattan, or Americano. For a simple yet refreshing serve, enjoy it neat over ice with a slice of fresh orange, or top it up with a premium tonic or soda water.
