Wine Menexes Domaine White. The white wine of the Menexes series is produced from the Vilana and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica varieties. This is a wine with a vibrant straw-yellow color, intensely aromatic with the aromas of citrus and lemon dominating and being harmoniously combined with subtle notes of rose. Ideal to accompany white meats, fish and pasta. Serve at a temperature of 11-13 oC.
