Wine Moschato Aspro White EOS Samos. The Moschato Aspro variety has been cultivated in Samos for centuries and has been inextricably linked to the history, tradition and wine culture of the Aegean island. The dynamics of this grape with its fruity and floral characteristics in the mouth and nose, framed by a "crunchy", refreshing acidity gives this wine a solid personality. With a complex mouth, Moschato Aspro is presented as extremely fruity and balances wonderfully between dry and sweet, in an enjoyable toy. Although in the aftertaste it leaves an imperceptible sweetness, the normal freshness of the grapes prevails and creates an extremely harmonious whole. It accompanies excellent dishes of International and Greek creative cuisine with poultry, fish, seafood as well as dishes of the Far East with sweet and sour flavors. Served at a temperature of 8-10 oC.
