Wine Naoussa Red Boutari Winery. Typical, classic wine of Naoussa. Deep red with strong personality. Exudes rich bouquet of ripe red fruit, raspberry and plum, which coexist with sundried tomato and with the aging aromas, cinnamon and wood. Is bodied, good balance and structure, with soft tannins in the finish. Fits with red meat dishes, such as pork with sundried tomato and cheese, lamb in a pot in a wood oven, braised veal with pine nuts and raisins. Pasta with red spicy sauce. Yellow cheeses like parmesan and feta. Serve at 16-18 °C.
