The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with low temperature, in order to achieve an aromatic wine. The "Rotating Cone Column" technique is then applied to extract the alcohol. The wine has a light golden yellow color with a live stream of bubbles. On the nose there are aromas of spring flowers and rich notes of banana, coconut and exotic fruits. In the mouth it is playful, bright, with a subtle acidity reminiscent of green apple.
