Syrup Oz Agave. Oz syrup is a mixture of sugar, water and agave-flavored concentrated juice that is used as a sweetener, but also to enhance the flavor in cocktails. It is a thick liquid, which gives a relatively thin consistency to the cocktail. The syrups are ideal for use in cold and hot drinks, in cocktails, but even in coffee, as well as in anything related to confectionery.
