Wine Pamidi Rose Vourvoukeli Estate. Pamidi is one of the main varieties of Thrace, a characteristic red grape that also features rose pearls. This special variety, with suitable vinification is ideal for the production of rose wines with rich aromatic character. The whole vinification is based on the extraction process, to obtain the ideal number of pigments, in order to produce a very gentle wine in the shade of the “saumon”. The wine appears with a dry and aromatic mouth, at the same time, and good acidity with a solid flavor structure. Its finish is pleasant and of good duration.
