Wine Peplo Rose Skouras Estate. Peplo Rose in color is bright, fine, the ultimate coral with highlights of red gold. The nose is dominated by red fruits, cherries, strawberries, a trace of lemon, citrus, grapefruit, white flowers, honey, a little violet and an idea of minerality. Peplo Rose in the mouth is a wine full of nerve and acidity, oily, cool, complex, multi-layered (acacia, clay, sweet vanilla, metal, structure) while the mouth aromas faithfully follow those of the nose with the predominant presence of lemon and peppermint. The aftertaste has duration and complexity.
