Tsipouro Puro Single Barrel 10 Year Old Aged. Deep copper-colored distillate with reddish reflections, from its long stay in the barrel, with intense “tears” to testify to its concentration. It has intense and elegant “sweet” aromas of flowers (rose, pollen, citrus), dried yellow fruits, aromatic herbs, honey, raisins and a complex bouquet of dense and highly aromatic palette of vanilla, coconut, spice, caramel, coffee, bitter almond, chocolate, cedar, tobacco, cigar. The aftertaste is shocking and very pleasant, with a very long duration and evolution, reminiscent of the aromatic and tasty richness of ingredients derived from grapes, vinification, distillation and barrel, creating a harmonious whole with a unique character. It is served like the great aged spirits, ideally plain in a large columnar tasting glass and accompanies nuts, dried fruits, sweets, bitter chocolates, smoked delicacies and, of course, for those who smoke, an aromatic and complex Cuban cigar.
