Wine Sole Semillon Gewurztraminer White Biblia Chora Estate. A naturally sweet wine produced from the Sémillon variety, with the inclusion of Gewürztraminer. It is made exclusively from late-harvest grapes picked in October, a portion of which exhibit noble rot. The wine ferments in oak barrels and remains in contact with the lees for at least one year. It has a brilliant golden-yellow color. It is served at 10°C and is suitable for aging over several years.
