Previously known as Founder's Reserve, The Harvest blended Irish whisky from The Irishman is made with a combination of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whisky and matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Aromas of white pepper, green apples, pears, zesty spices and citrus fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe fruits, vanilla, butterscotch, toffee, cracked peppercorns, nutmeg and clove throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
