Wine Thema Red Pavlidis Estate. Charming purple color. Complex bouquet composed of jam aromas, plum, toffee notes and coffee, to come up with distinctive background spices. The mouth is characterized by the balanced combination of alcohol, acidity and tannins which gives harmony and volume while the long aftertaste of ripe fruit dominate and cinnamon. Ideal serving temperature: 17-18oC. Mingle with cooked meats with spicy sauces, game and yellow cheese. It is a wine with great aging potential.
