Coppa Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail. Cooling combination of tequila, triple sec, vodka and rum with a hint of lime and a splash of cola. Everyone who’s woken up with an achy head and upset stomach can agree that this cocktails is as dangerous as delicious. The cola gives the cocktail the colour of ice tea and the triple sec gives the cocktail the sweetness of it. The innocent-looking cocktail was invented by Robert Butt in a cocktail creating contest on Long Island. By the mid-seventies every bar on Long Island was serving up this cocktail, and by the eighties it was known the world over.
