Wine Gerovassiliou Estate White. Created by the successful marriage of two Greek varieties of Assyrtiko and Malagousia. After pre-fermentation extraction, the wine takes place in stainless steel refrigerated tanks at a temperature of around 18-20 ° C. The wine has bright achnoxantho color with greenish tinges. The "nose" is expressive with alternating impressions, and next to the exotic fruits spend pepper notes, jasmine, orange, melon, herbs and lemon. The first contact in the mouth exudes kindness and overall presence is characterized by richness, harmony, pleasant vividness and lemon finish. Serve at 8-10 ° C.
